More recently, I needed auto insurance within a day to prevent a lapse in coverage. Alex graciously returned my call late in the afternoon, provided a quote, and even followed up with me after 5 p.m. When we weren't able to finalize everything that evening, Mari followed up with me the very next day to seal the deal. She was full of energy, incredibly courteous, and attentive to everything I needed.

"Regina and Alexandra went above and beyond helping me my husband passed away about 5 years ago and our name came together on every thing I had a check that was refunded to me for over payment and his name was on it but because his name wasn’t on my bank account they wouldn’t cash it so I called back and talked with Regina and directed me to Alexandra and she took over she talked with the insurance company to make a long story short it went back and forth about 4 times and she would always call and check on me so the last time I talked with her she said I should received a check in the mail in a few days and that very same day the check arrived not one but 2 checks she even found one that I didn’t get in 2024 now that is awesome Work thank you ladies for all you do Chandra.
